During these times of uncertainties we all need to adjust our routines and
continue living, we need to find a way to not be overwhelmed and exercise
is a great way to create balance but even our exercise routines have been
seriously effected because most of us train at the gym and that’s currently
not accessible.
I would like to give you a sample of my home workout program, at least we
can try to remain consistent in our exercise routines and as a positive
outcome of this we’ll manage our stress more efficiently, potentially enjoy
our food a bit more, we won’t find ourselves slouching on the couch
regressing mentally due to a state of inactivity.
